This large holiday house is just 100 metres from the Lake Hallstättersee in Obertraun.. On a large plot you have plenty of space:: a big play-and sunbathing area, a private terrace with grill oven and grill place. Surrounded by the mountain giants of the Dachsteinmassiv and its location right at the lake.Obertraun is located southeast of Salzburg to the lake district. Popular holiday region in summer and in winter a much visited ski resort. In winter, you have 2 minutes to the Krippenstein ski area: a snow-sure ski area at 2200 m altitude with the longest run of Oberösterreich (11 km) and a unique free ride Arena.In addition, there are 3 other ski areas in the immediate region: Skiregion Dachstein-West, Langeveldt and Tauplitzalm. In the summer you can enjoy on the lake to stay or take a walk into the mountains.
