Opened at the end of 2012, Ivy Chalet features a private ski locker for each room on the ground floor, ski and snowboard equipment rentals and a fireplace at the lobby. Ski passes can be purchased at the 24-hour front desk, and ski lessons and in-room massages can also be arranged.
Restaurant Snow Castle serves delicious Japanese dishes prepared with Hokkaido's fresh seafood and vegetables from the hotel's private farm. A hearty breakfast starts the day, while the bar offers a pleasant setting for an evening drink.
