During Summer everyone goes swimming at the river. but for the less daring there is a huge local swimmingpool with sport facilities at 5 minutes walking distance from the house.During the Winter I always like to follow walking routes which connect villages or take you to spectacular natural sites. There is even two small ski-pists about an hour ride from Viver.Leaflets with sports/activities/festivities available at the house or at the tourist info.Biggest city. Valencia. at 3/4 of an hour ride.The house itself its a 3-story house fully equipped for a maximun comfort. On the groud floor you can find the garage. a garden with direct access to the kitchen to have lovely dinners outside at night. a toilet and a livingroom with two big tables for parties or family gatherings.On the first floor there is another kitchen. the entrance hall. a bathroom with massage-shower. the laundry room and an extra room that we usually use for playing poker!On the last floor 4 bedrooms and another bathroom with bathtub. From avery bedroom you have views to the mountains and when you open a window the fresh breeze which remindsyou of pine trees fill in the atmosphere.This holiday house is ideal for families or groups of friends. as it can easily held 8 persons.
