This organic berry farm has a Farm Stand that is open year round, with organic strawberries (fresh and frozen), baked goods and yummy chocolate dipped strawberries. They only sell what they grow and make themselves. The Farm Stand is open from 8am to 8pm during the summer and from 8am to 5pm during the winter. They also have a seasonal u-pick where you can pick organic strawberries. The Farm Stand is the check-in point for the strawberry u-pick. The u-pick is open during the summer from 8am to 7pm. The farm offers a 10% discount for those who bike to the Farm Stand (helmets required). While you are visiting the farm, you might also want to take a self-guided tour of the nearby field where you can observe the plants and animals. Inside the Farm Stand you can look at a photo exhibit and learn some things about the history of farming along the coast. If you are bringing a school group or other large group for the u-pick, please call them and let them know. Farm tours are available by reservation only. They have hosted groups from around the world. There is a small fee for tours. The Farm Stand is located off Highway 1, about 10 minutes (about 12.5 miles) north of Santa Cruz, and 2 miles north of Davenport.
