Listed on the National Register of Historic Mansions, this 1896 home went through an earth friendly conversion that won them the EarthCraft Home and Southface 2008 Renovation Project of the Year award. Some of the conversions included solar paneling, a whole-house Icynene insulation system, an in-house six step city-water purification system, solar heated water tanks, stored/recycled rainwater for the gardens, and a Brac Greywater Recycling System.
