With an emphasis on sourcing sustainable, local, and organic providers, this eatery features a seasonally and frequently changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch French inspired cuisine. Cocktail, wine and beer pairing and customized tasting menus are a specialty; plus the bar offers a separate bistro a la carte menu. Their calendar is also worth checking out for special holidays and Chef events. Luncheon events are by appointment. They are open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm until closing. The bar and lounge are open Friday and Saturday until midnight or later.
