This locally owned and operated co-operative market offers local organic produce, a variety of natural meats, fresh fish and poultry, dietary specific foods/products, a wide variety of wholesome groceries, all natural and organic frozen and refrigerated items, and bulk foods. They also carry all natural and organic personal care products, quality pet foods, and eco-friendly products. The cafe has a Trans-fat free buffet, sushi, a noodle bar, sandwiches, and a juice and espresso bar.
