Traditional cooking techniques, local and organic seasonal produce, humanely and healthily raised meats and poultry, organic sodas, artisanal cheeses, fine organic and biodynamic wines, a global selection of beers, specialty cocktails, and organic coffee and teas are only a few of the offerings at this eatery and bar. They are open Monday to Thursday from 5:30 pm until 10 pm; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 pm until 10:30 pm, and on Sunday from 5 pm until 9 pm.
