With a commitment to SLO sustainable, local and organic, this pizza parlor features their signature flatbread pizzas made fresh from scratch in the traditional Neapolitan style. Their meats are all natural and some are organic; organic stone ground flours are used for the dough; all ground meats are made in-house, and there are also vegetarian options. They are open Sunday to Wednesday from 11:30 am to 9 pm; Thursday and Friday from 11:30 to 2 am, and on Saturday from 11:30 to 10 pm
