In addition to being produced in true Italian tradition, this gelato/sorbet shop features only all natural and 100% organic ingredients - including using only grass-fed organic milk, and keeps them individually, stainless steeled stored for temperature and quality control. They are open Sunday thru Thursday from 11 am until 10 pm and on Friday and Saturday from 11 am until 11 am until 10:30 pm. They are located in the pedestrian street area between Market and Democracy.
