Sustainable, organic, and freshly prepared; this award-winning eatery features their own organic farm that provides up to 90% of their produce needs; they have an onsite smoke house where they smoke all kinds of fish; a master chef that daily bakes artisan breads and pastries, and even the cheese is made from scratch here. They also provide a variety of special events not to be missed such as cooking class dinners, bistro nights, and wine maker and farm-to-table dinners. This seasonal restaurant is open May through December with varied hours.
