With an emphasis on sourcing and supporting sustainable, local, and organic providers and artisans, this eatery features an all made-from-scratch, regionally, and seasonally influenced menu. The menu changes frequently and they also offer an extensive list of libations. They are open Wednesday and Thursday from 4:30 pm until 9 pm; Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am until 10 pm, and on Sunday from 11 am until 9 pm.
