Specializing in organic, living vegan cuisine, this raw cafe features a seasonally generated menu of raw juices, pastas, pizza, wraps, burgers, a variety of entrees, and a list of guilt-free handcrafted desserts. They also offer classes on raw food and health and offer a venue for special events. They are open Tuesday to Thursday from 11 am until 7 pm, Friday and Saturday from 11 am until 9 pm, and on Sunday from 12 pm until 5 pm.
