They also offer quality nutritional supplements, herbs and spices; Fair Trade products; personal and household items, a healthy living section, and a cafe with healthy, vegetarian, and vegan choices. Additionally, there are ongoing sales, special events, and a variety of classes and workshops. They are open Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am until 8 pm and on Sunday from 10 am until 6 pm.
