With a focus on sustainability, local as much as possible, and organic, this restaurant features free-range meats and poultry, fresh fish delivered daily, local artisan cheeses, fresh local heirloom produce, a variety of vegetarian options, and a number of signature dishes - included their notable Mac and Cheese entrees. Fine wines, micro-brews, and crafted cocktails are also offered. They are open Monday to Thursday from 7 am until 10 pm; Friday from 7 am until 11 pm; Saturday from 9 am until 11 pm, and on Sunday from 9 am until 9 pm. They also offer a drive-up and to-go service (Roadshow)call for hours.
