Innovative Latin and South American regional cuisine and signature made-to-order cocktails utilizing the freshest and finest produce and products of the seasons are the focus of this gathering spot. They source from local farms, their own farm, and their own garden near the restaurant. They also offer a daily happy hour, various entertainment select nights, and offer community support via fundraisers. They are closed on Monday; Sunday and Tuesday to Thursday they are open from 5 pm until 11 pm and on Friday and Saturday they are open from 5 pm until 1 am; the bar is open later hours.
