With an emphasis on sourcing and supporting sustainable, local, and organic providers, this eatery features a seasonally changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch cuisine. The serve wild caught fish, grass fed bison, a variety of crepes, a daily soup and quiche, and a wide choice of beverages - including fine wines and beers. They are open Tuesday thru Saturday for lunch from 11 am until 2 pm and for dinner from 5:30 pm until 9 pm.
