With an emphasis on sourcing and developing strong relations with sustainable, local, and organic providers, this eatery features a seasonally influenced menu of all natural made-from-scratch, and 100% gluten free foods and beverages. Some offerings include signature items, organic French pressed coffee, organic loose leaf teas, and house made organic syrups, chocolate, sauces, and soups. They are open Monday to Friday from 10 am until 7 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am until 2 pm.
