This was the 1st certified LEED Platinum restaurant in the US in 2008. With a farm-to-table attitude they feature modern and traditional European and French Bistro-style cuisine coupled with an impressive wine list and crafted cocktails. They also offer weekly specials, seasonal celebrations, wine-pairing dinners, a special events venue, cooking classes, and terraced outdoor creek-side dining. The restaurant sits adjacent to the Proximity Hotel; hours are varied.
