This 24 acre farm-brewery-butchery complex offers a number of products with a strong emphasis on sustainable agriculture and business practices. Their Craft Brewer produces natural, unfiltered beer in refillable bottles; the Master Butcher creates his magic with fresh and smoked meats; the garden produces acres of organic produce for retail and for the Chef of the restaurant, and free range eggs and naturally raised beef are also used. Additionally, they connect with the community through various festivals and fund raising events.
