With a focus on all natural and quality ingredients, the cafe features fresh baked breads, giant sandwiches, wraps, homemade soups and desserts, fresh house salads, pita pizzas, organic Fair Trade Tea and coffee, specialty coffee drinks, and smoothies. They also provide a calendar of musical events. The cafe/market is open Monday to Friday from 11 am until 8 pm; Saturday from 11 am until 8 pm, and on Sunday from 12 pm until 5 pm.
