The 1st certified green restaurant in the state, offerings include a seasonally generated menu, an emphasis on farm to table dining and sourcing locally, globally inspired organic cuisine, and an eco-friendly environment. Vegan and vegetarian options, house made desserts, a variety of spirits, catering, and venues for special events are also offered: Be sure to check out their calendar for a list of special events. They are open Monday to Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm; Friday from 11 am to 1 am; Saturday from 5 pm to 1 am, and on Sunday from 4 pm to 10 pm.
