Well on their way to sustainable certification with several initiatives already in place, this restaurant serves up the highest quality steaks, wild salmon, and fresh seafood and cooks them over their mesquite wood grill to perfection. Other offerings include a list of fine wines, micro-brews, homemade desserts, and catering services. During the winter they are open daily from 4 pm until 10 pm; hours are longer in other seasons.
