The translation of SuTao in Chinese means "the way of vegetarianism", and this restaurant offers 100% vegan entries plus a good selection of Chef Specialties as well. They offer casual dining featuring a daily buffet with gourmet express items, sandwiches, burgers, and more, and a full service restaurant for fine dining options. They are open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am until 9:30 pm; Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am until 10 pm, and on Sunday from 12:30 am until 9:30 pm.
