With an emphasis on sourcing and supporting sustainable, local, and organic providers, this health foods store carries fresh produce sourced within a 100 Km radius; wild and naturally raised meats, poultry and fish; organic frozen and refrigerated beverages and foods; wholesome packaged teas, dried goods and groceries, and much more. Shoppers are also welcome to shop from home for Tuesday and Thursday deliveries. The store is open Monday to Friday from 9 am until 8 pm; Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm, and on Sunday from 10 am until 6 pm.
