Innovative, skillfully prepared, healthy vegan and vegetarian cuisine with international inspirations and a focus on organic and all natural is the specialty here. Their buffet stations present a wide variety of salads, homemade soups, hot entrees and their popular dessert station. Additionally they offer a line of prepared dishes to-go that include more than 30 additive and preservative-free prepared products - including appetizers, soups, seasonal specialties, savory pies, and more. They are open Sunday to Wednesday from 11 am until 9 pm and Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 am until 10 pm.
