With a commitment to Fair Trade, sustainable, local, and organic, this dedicated farm-to-table restaurant and bistro features a frequently changing menu of skillfully handcrafted seasonal cuisine. They feature fresh baked breads, artisan cheeses, and fine wines. The entrance is 1 door off Mt Rushmore Road, diagonal from the Radisson Hotel. Reservations are recommended for this 12 table restaurant. They are open Tuesday to Saturday from 5 pm until 9 pm.
