The largest certified growers-only farmers market in the state of Texas, this market provides a wide seasonal supply of fresh produce, meats, eggs, cheese, honey, prepared foods/drinks, preserves, handcrafted foods/items, artisan breads/pastries, and more. They also have cooking demonstrations, kid's activities, and live entertainment. The Saturday market is located at Republic Square Park and they are open year around every Saturday from 9 am until 1 pm. A satellite market is located at Triangle Park (4600 Guadalupe Street) every Wednesday year around from 4 to 8 pm; the time changes to 3 to 7 pm from the end of October to the 1st of the year. The markets are open rain or shine, and closed Christmas and New Years evening/day.
