This Virginia Green destination and certified gluten-free restaurant, places a focus on sourcing natural, local, and organic produce and products for the store and cafe. The store also carries a good selection of packaged wholesome groceries, all natural and organic cold/frozen foods, dietary specific items, bulk spices and herbs, and an apothecary section. The cafe offers espresso and juice/smoothie bars, free range eggs, grass fed meats, vegetarian foods, and fresh baked goods. They are open Monday to Wednesday from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm; Thursday to Saturday from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm, and on Sundays from 7:30 am until 2:30 pm.
