Located in the Bellingham Public Market, this 100% vegetarian, all-natural juice and smoothie bar also serves up a variety of salads, soups, and sandwiches. They use organic whenever possible and the juices/smoothies are live and non-pasteurized; plus they take advantage of the seasonal offerings of the local farmers. They are open Monday to Friday from 9 am until 6 pm; Saturday from 10 am until 5 pm, and on Sunday from 11 am until 5 pm.
