This cafe is owned by the Willows Inn which also located on Lummi Island. The cafe uses organic ingredients like organic produce, organic bread, and certified organic 100% grass-fed beef as well as certified organic and pastured eggs. Not all of the beef served at this cafe is organic, so be sure to ask for their organic beef. The breafkast menu includes egg dishes, omelets, pancakes, french toast, oatmeal, granola and more. Their lunch and dinner menu include burgers, sandwiches including a locally caught grilled salmon sandwich, burritos, pizzas, fish tacos, entrees and more. The cafe is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 9pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 7pm or 9pm.
