With an emphasis on sourcing and supporting sustainable, local, and organic providers, this farm-to-table cafe features a seasonally changing menu of all natural made-from-scratch cuisine. They feature pasture raised meats, artisan cheeses, organic produce, 3 homemade soups and 1 chili daily, Fair Trade in-house roasted coffee, fresh baked goods, fresh juices/smoothies, and gluten free choices. The market carries artisan, all natural and organic items. They are open Monday to Saturday from 7 am until 3 pm. Reservations are recommended.
